The Villa Maurel is the estate of Lord Ramond Maurel. It was abandoned during the War of the Lions and taken over by the Freemen of the Dales and made their headquarters. Although the war is over, Lord Ramon Maurel hasn't returned, having built a new estate elsewhere. It remains in Freemen hands.

Emerald Graves
The Dales are an ancient elven burial ground that has been partly occupied by Orlesians in more recent times. They were formerly known as the Emerald March when the Dales were still an independent nation and are referred to as the Greatwood by the local Orlesian nobility.
