It is 9:50 Dragon. Between the blight, the mage rebellion, and the hole in the sky, Thedas has been holding its breath and now it feels like it can let it go and breathe again. Things are settling and people are remembering what it feels like to be at peace, but anxiety still weighs down on the people of Thedas. This age has been so troubled and they worry that this isn't over yet. They worry that there is more to come.

The Denerim Alienage is a walled off district of the city of Denerim, where the majority of Denerim's elves reside. During the blight, there was unrest and elves were being sold into slavery. The Warden and his companions put an end to this during the fifth blight and under Alistair's rule, the quality of living within the alienage has increased.
