It is 9:50 Dragon. Between the blight, the mage rebellion, and the hole in the sky, Thedas has been holding its breath and now it feels like it can let it go and breathe again. Things are settling and people are remembering what it feels like to be at peace, but anxiety still weighs down on the people of Thedas. This age has been so troubled and they worry that this isn't over yet. They worry that there is more to come.

Ferelden's regional headquarters for the Circle of Magi. It is located on Lake Calenhad, and accessed only by its docks. As per Chantry and local law, citizens of Ferelden with magical potential are brought here and instructed in the legally-approved Schools of Magic, and trained to resist demons. During the fifth blight, it was overrun by demons, but The Hero of Ferelden helped reestablish control.
