Ferelden's regional headquarters for the Circle of Magi. It is located on Lake Calenhad, and accessed only by its docks. As per Chantry and local law, citizens of Ferelden with magical potential are brought here and instructed in the legally-approved Schools of Magic, and trained to resist demons. During the fifth blight, it was overrun by demons, but The Hero of Ferelden helped reestablish control.

Lake Calenhad
It is said that Calenhad Theirin spent a year and a day in the Tower of the Magi. Each day, he drew a single cup full of water from the lake and carried it to the Formari at the top of the tower. By magic, each cup of water was forged into a single ring of the mail armor the Circle gave to Calenhad.
